Philippe Monnier - seducing foreign business

Philippe Monnier heads the newly created Greater Geneva Bern area, a combined economic development body of six French-speaking cantons aimed at attracting foreign business to the region. During an interview with Swisster, Monnier, who took over the Lausanne-based group in February, plays down the importance of tax benefits and focuses on regional security and quality of life.
